What is Ember Pod?
Ember Pod is a pocket-sized hand warmer you recharge over USB. Press the button and it warms up, so you don't need disposable warmers.
How does it work?
Charge it with the included USB cable, press the button to turn it on, then put it in your pocket or glove. When the battery runs low, charge it again.
What comes in the package?
One Ember Pod hand warmer and a USB charging cable.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days, then take 5–10 business days to arrive in Canada and the US (7–15 business days for other countries, where available). We email you tracking as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your Ember Pod to request a return. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us to start a return, and see our Refund Policy for the details.
How do I set it up?
There's no setup. Charge it fully before the first use, then press the button to turn it on.
Is there a warranty?
Contact us through our contact page if your Ember Pod stops working, and we'll help you sort it out.
Is it safe?
Ember Pod contains a rechargeable lithium battery. Don't keep it against bare skin for long periods, don't use it while sleeping, and keep it away from water. Children should use it with adult supervision.
